DotCom Services (India) aka WORLDINDIA.COM: A Perfect Concoction of IT Services

CIO VendorPankaj Jaiswal, CEO
The current status quo of the business world is all about jumping gaps and expanding the potentials through a web-based environment. “With businesses shifting to web-based systems, providing customizable and affordable IT services is a need of the hour,” says Pankaj Jaiswal, CEO of Dotcom Services (India) (known as WorldIndia). Adhering to this statement, the India-based company assists its clients— ranging from small to large-scale clients—with web-based IT solutions and services that allow business to automate their business operations. As opposed to many other players in the market, WorldIndia provides an end-to-end service wherein it handles all aspects of the web-based environment such as website designing, development, and hosting. This affords a hassle-free experience to organizations as WorldIndia becomes their single point of contact for all of their IT issues. The firm follows a process of discussion, realization, and implementation to arrive at just the right solution or service to deal with a client’s pain-point. The core management team of the company discusses with its clients and narrows down the on impediments to be tackled, following which they propose a carefully deliberated plan of action. The plan is then implemented in the form of third-party data platforms, SEO services or web-hosting solutions.

The company has its own web-hosting services for which they tie-up with data centers like Google and Amazon. By concocting the right mix of solutions based on whether the client wants to operate locally or globally, WorldIndia designs hosting solutions with the present and future needs of the client under consideration.

WorldIndia provides a hassle-free experience to organizations as we become the single point of contact for all of their IT issues.

The company also outsources executives from time to time to co-operate with clients and deliver the promised result.

With the migration of businesses from the traditional setup to a web-based setup, the security of the data becomes a paramount importance. WorldIndia takes care of that as well. Once the client’s data is integrated with the cloud or web, disaster management solutions are also taken care of. Along with security, WorldIndia also makes sure that the solutions and services they offer are expandable and customizable at any point giving the leeway of modifying the solution according to the client’s spontaneous requirements instead of reconstructing a new solution altogether.

Amidst the company’s enviable list of clients is one of the largest trading companies based out of the middle-east called Alnajim. WorldIndia offered them G-suite to carry out their previously manual in-house record updating, and unified their emailing system through the drive. Apart from an attractive offer to leverage G-suite, WorldIndia also designed a solution to handle stock checking and uploading the client’s sales and marketing data. The company also performed search engine optimization management for the client which has helped them stay at the top of the ladder ever since.

Keeping up with the rising utility of mobility in business, the company has commenced designing and developing hybrid as well as specialized apps (for Android and iOS). These applications can be bifurcated based on whether a client needs a heavy operating application or a small information related application. The company aims to further this by designing cutting-edge tools which would make design and development of apps faster and easier than it currently is. With an aspiration to become a one-stop IT service provider in the near future, WorldIndia is working on new technologies to enhance the growth of app design and development as well as their client’s experience.
